Some folks make a “to-do” about whether it is “the gifts of healing” or “gifts of healings”, trying to say there is a mistake of some sort. All it requires is just reading the verses as they are…
In 1 Cor 12:9 & 12:30 notice that it is referencing “the gifts of healing” in a list of gifts in their singular form:
To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
1 Corinthians 12:9
Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
1 Corinthians 12:30
Notice in 1 Cor 12:28 it is listing various expressions of gifts in the church, and each is in its plural form:
And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
1 Corinthians 12:28
So 1 Cor 12:28 is naming the plural form of “the gifts of healing” as “gifts of healings”. It is perfectly consistent and grammatically correct.
